Warranty Terms & Conditions
HORNBILLS APPLIANCES PRODUCT WARRANTY
Warranty Coverage:
- Parts (except glass) are covered under warranty for the first 6 months.
- In the first year, after the initial 6 months, parts remain free, but service becomes chargeable
Customer Responsibilities:
- Customers are responsible for registering the warranty on our (https://hornbillsappliances.com/warranty/)website within 5 days of purchase

- Service is available from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
- Beyond these times, Support may be delayed.
Customer’s Location:
- If service is unavailable in the customer’s pin code, the customer is required to send the gas stove to the company’s address at their own expense(reverse shipment will be free of charge )
Warranty Validation:
- The warranty is only valid if the customer registers their warranty within 5 days of purchase on our official website.
Gas Type Conversion:
- If a customer mistakenly purchases the wrong gas stove (LPG instead of PNG, or vice versa), the conversion process will be chargeable.
- The customer is responsible for the associated conversion charges.
- After the conversion, the standard warranty criteria will remain the same, counting from the original purchase date.
Disclaimers:
- The company is not responsible for any damages or issues arising from the use of the gas stove in violation of the stated guidelines.
- Any modifications to the gas stove by unauthorized personnel will void the warranty.
- Any misbehaving with any customer executive shall not be tolerated and may lead to cancel the warranty of the gas stove
- The company does not provide the installation of any gas stove
- Installation service is chargeable, and charges will be communicated separately
