Refund & Return Policy

For a refund or exchange of your product. Visit the order details page and Order ID.
Our refund return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. Within 7 days, you can initiate a return with the above-given details.

Refund Policy

After your return is received and inspected in our warehouse, refunds will be processed within a maximum of 7 working days of receiving the returned items. As soon as we get your returned item, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp/call.

For prepaid orders, the money will be returned to the original payment method once your refund has been processed, provided everything is in order. We will need to know the details of your bank account in order to credit the refund amount for items paid using cash on delivery.
If you paid with a credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI for a prepaid order, you will receive your money back in 3-5 business days from the original account.
Please be aware that shipping fees, if any, and cash-on-delivery fees are non-refundable.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Return Shipping & Exchange

We will only set up the return pickup at the address where the product was delivered. Regretfully, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange if 7 days have passed since your purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in order to be eligible for a return or exchange. It needs to be in its original box as well. Please also return any freebies received with the order.

We also offer the option to exchange your product purchased from hornbillsappliances.com for the same item if product received by you is damaged or defective.
We also provide exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date. The time it takes for your replaced product to arrive may vary depending on where you are located.

IMPORTANT NOTES

We ask that you notify us as soon as possible—within 24 hours of receiving the order—of any defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrectly delivered orders, along with a video of the goods being unboxed.
Defective and wrong. To accomplish this, go to the hornbillsappliances.com website’s “My Orders” area, click on “Return,” and then follow the steps to submit the photographs and videos.
Kindly remember the following: You must provide the pictures and the unboxing video of the incorrect goods in their original, fully packed packaging (Please make sure the video is clear and that the Gas stove broken, defective, or missing sections are zoomed in on. We require a video of the original box with all of the tags and labels intact. (We will not be able to fulfil any more requests if the video is not supplied in accordance with the specified guidelines.)
To proceed with the request, we will need a 360-degree video of the package being unpacked. Please be aware that your claim cannot be honoured if there is insufficient proof or obvious indications that the packet has been tampered with. The brand retains the right to make the ultimate choice in any of these situations.
When a customer claims to have returned numerous products but the actual pickup only includes some of those items, the company has the right to deduct from the refund amount an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product. This is known as missing items in return orders. This will cover promotional goods, such as free gifts, but not only that.
We ask that you be available for the reverse pick-up and take calls from the delivery partner as soon as you schedule the return request. The delivery partner reserves the right to cancel the reverse pick-up if you are not available or are unable to answer the calls. The procedure will need to be started over in each of these situations, adding to the overall timeframe.
