CUSTOMER HAS TO REGISTER THERE PRODUCT ON OUR OFFICIAL WEBSITE WTH COMPLETE DETAILS  TO CLAIM WARRANTY

TERMS AND CONDITION

  1. CUSTOMER CARE (care@hornbillsappliances.com) TIMING 10.00 AM MORNING TO 6.30 PM EVENING FROM MONDAY TO SATURDAY, WEEKLY OFF ON SUNDAY
  2. WARRANTY OF THE PRODUCT COVERS ALL PARTS OF THE GAS STOVE EXCEPT GLASS
  3. WARRANTY SHALL BE VOID IN CASE IF CUSTOMER PURCHASED LPG GAS STOVE AND USE IT IN PNG IN THAT CASE NO BENEFIT WILL BE PROVIDED.
  4. ANY KIND OF MISBEHAVIOUR SHALL NOT BE TOLERATED BY A CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE PERSON IF REPORTED IT MAY LEAD TO THE CANCELLATION OF THE WARRANTY OF THE PRODUCT.
  5. SOLUTIONS TO THE COMPLAINT WILL BE WITHIN 10 WORKING DAYS OF THE COMPLAINT RECEIVED
  6. ALL PARTS ARE COVERED IN WARRANTY EXCEPT GLASS. AND RS. 350 WILL BE CHARGED FOR SERVICES. (SERVICES CHARGES APPLICABLE)
